As a Civil Engineer, Intelligent Building is one of the best fields in the future. When the machine replaced the laborer that is a revolution. Using machine, making machine and manage machine will be a hot topic. AI, Computer, Software and future are very keywords of intelligent building.

AI (Artificial intelligence) which is people built a program. Engineers make intelligent machines. It is very close to understand human intelligence. Considering some ways of Artificial Intelligent in the future, it might beyond human intelligence because AI does not have biologically confined. There are many games have AI mode, the level of AI is higher than some players.

Computer---- Since computer was invented, it participated many works for human. Computer developed more intelligence and reliable. Human could make some mistakes by some biologically reasons. In this way, computer is more reliable than human. But computer will never replace human`s work. It is a good tool. Analyzing data, calculation and the internet need a computer. There is no doubt computer will more and more important in the future.

Software---- Intelligent Building has to using a lot of different software. Software and computer are the most important tools for human. There are many software been used for smart building. Such as “Building Q” which is a software “strong customer savings through visibility and control of HVAC. Secured investment from Siemens and Schneider Electric.” Good software will change the world. I can not image if there is no Microsoft how I can write this article. Engineers made the software which is easier for other people using.

Future---- After people invented elevator skyscraper becomes a possible. In ten years robots might replace human to built buildings. In twenty years, Intelligent Building will become normal. In thirty years, it is hard to say the technology will develop to which point. Saving energy, environmental protection, intelligent, convenience and efficiency are tendencies. Intelligent building is a revolution of human. As a civil engineer we should to know it and make it come true.
