Personal individual project discussion:

Our group has started on this term project and already have some architectural and structural plans for the analysis of the building. With this project, we hope to gain a greater insight into the BIM programs and see how the program allows for the different integration of systems such as structural, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. A schedule was made for better organization and timely distribution of work and progress. There are many resources all over the internet and our professor, Dr. Mitchell, could also be a very valuable resource to our learning. 

We also don't expect to become experts overnight. We expect to run into many different problems while we work on this project. While we learn more about this project, we will be writing down some of the problems that we will have faced during the project and explain what we did to fix those problems. We also do not have a lot of experience in MEP modeling, especially in a BIM program. This is something that we must look further into and and learn more about to accommodate for our inexperience in that field.
